GST Reconciliation AI Intelligence™

Claim every rupee of ITC — and only what is safe
For businesses, accountants, CA firms and tax teams

Upload your purchase register from Tally, Busy, Zoho or Excel, and the GSTR-2B Excel from the GST portal. Every invoice is matched — even when the invoice number is written differently — and you see the input tax credit that is safe to claim, at risk, or missed, with ready messages for the suppliers who need to correct their GSTR-1.

Every month, the same question: how much ITC can we claim?

Hundreds of purchase invoices, a GSTR-2B with different invoice formats, and a deadline. GST Reconciliation AI Intelligence matches them in a minute and tells you exactly what is safe, what is at risk, and who to call.

Smart Invoice Matching

❓ Help — what does it do?

GST Reconciliation AI Intelligence helps a business claim the right amount of GST input tax credit (ITC) every month.

The problem it solves: when a business buys goods, it pays GST to its suppliers and can claim that GST back as ITC. But the government only allows the claim if the supplier has reported that invoice in their own GST return. Each month the GST portal produces a statement called GSTR-2B, which lists every invoice your suppliers reported. Your accountant has to compare your purchase register (what you recorded) with GSTR-2B (what suppliers reported), invoice by invoice. That’s slow and error-prone, especially when invoice numbers are written differently (“INV/0045” vs “INV-45”).

What the product does:

  1. Upload two files: your purchase register from Tally or Excel, and the GSTR-2B Excel from the GST portal.
  2. It matches every invoice, even when the number is written differently, has a typo, or the GSTIN was typed wrong.
  3. It sorts every invoice into one of these groups:
    • ✅ Matched: safe to claim.
    • ⚠️ Mismatched: the supplier reported a different tax amount, so claim only the lower one.
    • 🚩 In your books but not in GSTR-2B: the supplier hasn’t reported it, so your ITC is at risk.
    • 💡 In GSTR-2B but not in your books: you forgot to record a purchase, so you may be missing ITC.
    • 🆔 Wrong GSTIN or invoice entered twice.
  4. It tells you the exact amounts: ITC safe to claim, at risk and missed, split by IGST, CGST and SGST.
  5. It writes a message for each supplier who needs to correct their return, ready to send on WhatsApp or email.
  6. It produces an Excel workbook and a one-page Word summary for the CA or owner.

In one line: it turns a day of manual GST matching into a minute, and shows exactly how much ITC you can safely claim and which suppliers to chase.

Who buys it: businesses, accountants and CA firms in India that file GST every month. That’s a very large market.

9
Follow up suppliers — in Suppliers, each supplier has a ready message with the invoices and ITC at stake, with WhatsApp, Email and Copy buttons (add supplier mobile / email columns to your register to send directly).
10
Fix your books — enter the invoices that are only in GSTR-2B, correct the wrong GSTINs, and reverse the invoices entered twice. Claim only the safe ITC until suppliers correct their returns.
11
Download — at the bottom: GST Reconciliation Workbook (Excel) and the one-page ITC Summary (Word) for your CA or owner. Repeat every month after GSTR-2B is generated.

Recommended Intelligence Flow
Purchase register → GSTR-2B → Columns → Match → Mismatches → ITC at risk / missed → Suppliers → Summary
Transparent method: Invoices are matched within the same GSTIN — by invoice number (ignoring "/", "-", spaces and leading zeros), by the number at the end, by a one-character typo, then by amount and date. Safe ITC = the lower of books and GSTR-2B for each tax head.
